Raircon Corp. was founded in January 2002 in Orlando, Florida. With a vision to provide exceptional HVAC services, we began our journey that soon led us to expand our horizons. By 2006, the need for a broader operational base prompted us to move our headquarters to Miami, a vibrant hub that matched our growth ambitions. Here, we welcomed two additional corporate officers to our team, enhancing our expertise and operational capacity.

Over the last 20 years, Raircon has been at the forefront of delivering high-value projects in prominent locations including Miami Beach, North Bay Village, and Pembroke Pines. Our dedication and commitment to excellence have allowed us to serve esteemed clients such as The Shelborne Beach Resort, Portofino Tower, and 5600 Collins, earning us a reputation for reliability and quality.

In our commitment to responsiveness and superior customer service, we have equipped our fleet of 35 trucks with Global Positioning Systems. This technology ensures real-time tracking and efficient dispatching from our central office, enabling us to manage every call and client need promptly and effectively.
