CONSTRUCTION
- Minor remodeling when it does not include building plan
- Review proper scope
- Formalize strategy and review design standards
- Determine flow streams for materials, finished goods, sanitation, waste, etc
- Pull out city permits
- Coordinate jobs with subcontractor and supervision
- Final inspections and finishing details
ABOUT US
Raircon Corp. was founded in Orlando, Florida in January 2002.
Four years later the company moved its headquarters to Miami, where two other corporate officers joined it.
During those fifteen years the company has performed millionaire’s projects in commercial buildings at Miami Beach, North Bay Village, Pembroke Pines, among other significant cities.
The Shelborne Beach Resort, Portofino Tower, and 5600 Collins have been some of Raircon clients during this period.
Covering all phone calls service is our company daily challenge.
To accomplish it, Raircon has created the proper conditions and structures.
The company counts with 35 trucks monitored by Global Position System, which is guided by a dispatcher in the central office.
